She soon realized that her love for baking had been with her all along. As a child, she loved being in the kitchen with her mom, watching her cook and bake in their small kitchen while family gathered around the counter, waiting to share in whatever was being made.
Those simple moments of love, connection, and togetherness stayed with her. Years later, they began showing up in her own kitchen — transforming childhood memories into a passion for creating sweet treats that bring people together.
Louann has been baking for the people she loves for as long as she can remember. Sunday dinners, church gatherings, birthdays, hard weeks that needed a little sweetness.
There was always a tray coming out of the oven and always someone reaching for one before it cooled. Friends began asking her to bake for their events. Then friends of friends.
What began as a gift became a calling, and Baking with Louann was born — a business built on faith, family recipes, and the belief that food made by hand carries something a store shelf never can.
